Legal nature of the subscription. The subscription does not entitle the User to any consultancy, advisory or service performance. The subscription grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service, which is an original work of authorship protected under Italian Copyright Law (Law No. 633/1941) and the Berne Convention. Subscription fees paid through Whop are royalties for the use of the licensed work.

The Author is not a licensed financial advisor and does not provide personalized investment recommendations under Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 (TUF), the EU MiFID II Directive, or any other applicable financial regulation in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. You are strongly advised to consult a licensed financial advisor before taking any position in the markets. Trading involves a high risk of loss of capital.

All payments for the Service are processed entirely by Whop, Inc., acting as merchant of record. Whop is responsible for:
Pricing, subscription duration, automatic renewal and refund policies are governed by the Whop Terms applicable at the time of purchase. The Author does not directly handle payment data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop profile. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate automatic refunds for the period already paid.
Due to the digital nature of the intellectual property and the immediate granting of access to the licensed work, all sales are final once access to the Service has been granted, except where otherwise required by Whop's mandatory refund policies or by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the User's country of residence.
The subscription grants the User technical access to the Service (web platform, dashboard, macro analyses, TradingView indicator, related content) for the duration of the license.
Any updates, bug fixes, new features or improvements to the Service are provided at the Author's sole discretion to maintain the integrity, accuracy and quality of the licensed work. The provision of updates is part of the ongoing maintenance of the work and does not constitute a continuous personal service, a consulting agreement, or any form of professional advisory engagement. The Author retains full editorial control over the content, methodology and roadmap of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall not be liable for:
In any event, the Author's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content of the Service (analyses, scoring system, TradingView indicator, source code, graphic design, written texts, "MaB" trademark) is the exclusive property of the Author and protected under Italian Copyright Law (Law No. 633/1941), the Berne Convention, and applicable international copyright treaties.
The User obtains a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, for the duration of an active subscription. The following is strictly prohibited:

The Author may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of La Spezia, Italy, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the User's country of residence grant jurisdiction to other courts.

If any clause of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining clauses shall remain fully in force. Failure by the Author to enforce any right shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
